Tuesday on Archer and Bell with John Michaels:
-Heisman trophy winner Doug Flutie was kind enough to join the show today. Doug told us that during his Heisman run he was most nervous after he became the front-runner. Doug also talked about the most famous play of his career, the "Hail-Mary" against Miami in 1984.
-Atlanta Falcons running back Steven Jackson joined us in studio fro two segments as part of a promotion with Verizon NFL. Steven answered some questions from the fans and talked about his health at this point in the season.
-Tuesday means another edition of our "Coach's Corner." Today's coach for the show was defensive coordinator Mike Nolan. Coach Nolan talked about the adjustments he and his staff make during half-time and also about the recent trend of forcing turnovers.
Our poll question today focused on the turmoil in the nation's capitol asking the listeners if the Washington Redskins should sit their embattled star quarterback Robert Griffin III for the rest of the season.
