Thursday on Archer and Bell with John Michaels:

-ESPN NFL analyst Trey Wingo came on the show to talk about the latest news around the NFL. Trey talked about the Mike Vick situation, Seattle's home field advantage and the Colts losing Reggie Wayne. Trey also diagnosed the Falcons' struggles.
 
 
-Former Florida Gator Chris Doering also joined the program to get ready for "The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party." Chris talked about the constant cycle of college football and defended Florida head coach Will Muschchamp.
 
 
-CBS lead college football play-by-play man Verne Lundquist was kind enough to talk to us about Florida-Georgia. Verne told us that he is a big Mark Richt fan and also took the phrase that pays to work into the broadcast.
 
 
-With it being Thursday we had our "Thursday 4-pack" as well as our daily poll question. Today's poll question asked if David Ortiz is tainted or not. Our listeners, by a 61% vote have moved on from Ortiz's past and accept him as a great postseason player.
