Our last broadcast from SEC Media Days was a jam packed show!
-Georgia Head Coach Mark Richt came by the booth to talk about the upcoming season, his offense and what they are capable of, and the young guys that have to step up on defense. Coach Richt also talked about learning from the greats, Bobby Bowden.
-The Bulldogs senior quarterback Aaron Murray also joined us and told us he still thinks about the loss in the SEC Championship, growing as a player and why he came back for his senior year. With Three of Four games vs. ranked opponents to start the season, Murray talked about being ready from day 1.
-A couple of Alabama stars, A.J. McCarron and C.J. Mosley, were kind enough to join us to talk about playing Texas A&M, life as a 2-time defending champions and playing under Coach Saban. C.J. also talked to us about what it is like to be a leader.
- President and CEO of the Chick-Fil-A bowl Gary Stokan came on to update us the thought process of bowl and kick-off officials when they pick team, what they have going on as far as festivities with the game and the opening of the college football hall of fame. Gary told us they want an early season bowl atmosphere.
