Today on The Show:

  • During the first hour we talked about who the Falcons might try to acquire in free agency. Hans mentioned Osi Umenyiora as someone he would like to see in a Falcons uniform. It will be an interesting off season as the team looks for more pass rushers.

  • At 12:48 during our "ITP" segment we discussed the possibility of Todd Grantham leaving the Dawgs for the NFL. Is that an ethical thing to do? UGA signee Davin Bellamy has said Grantham was his main recruiter. His mother says she wouldn't be happy if Grantham left.

  • We also discussed the ongoing rehab of Brian McCann and how well its going. We talked about how he is projected to return to the Braves lineup in the middle of April instead of much later.

  • During the second hour of the show we talked about Georgia Tech's recruiting problems and how they can be fixed in the future. We took lots of Tech callers saying despite the low recruiting rankings, the team has still been able to compete with FSU and Clemson on a regular basis.

  • We then broke down Tennessee's debt problems and how many former coaches they are still paying. Mike Morgan said the hiring of Lane Kiffin not only set them back for 1 year but 5 years. He said the athletic department is still suffering from what Kiffin did in his one year in Knoxville.
