Today on The Show:

  • Today on the broadcast we talked a lot about the Super Bowl and who has the advantage a week away from the game. Hans said he thinks the Ravens will prevail behind the emotional lift the team gets from Ray Lewis. He cited the fact that the team knows he will be playing in his final game and that will give the Ravens the edge to get the win over the Niners.

  • During out 12:48 ITP segment we discussed in more detail the Braves trade and what it means to acquire Justin Upton. Hans said he is having a hard time figuring out where to put Justin Upton in the Braves batting order. Hans thinks the most likely place is put him in second behind Simmons batting lead-off. It will be interesting to see where Fredi Gonzalez places the Upton brothers.

  • During the second hour of the show, we discussed the Falcons offensive line and what improvements need to be made. The guys say with the pending retirement of Todd McClure the Falcons front office will have to figure out what needs to happen to keep the offensive line one of the top units in the league.
