On The Red Zone

Tuesday January 22 2013

Today on the Show:

  • We were thrilled to be joined by NBC NFL Analyst Rodney Harrison at 12:32. He gave us some reasons for optimism for our Falcons in years to come. Click below to hear why he thinks the Falcons are a stable franchise that will have lots of success for a long time.

  • We discussed what Thomas Dimitroff and the front office needs to do in the off season to even further improve the team. We took several callers on the issue and most think we need to add another defensive lineman to shore up the run defense.

  • At 12:48 during the "ITP" segment, we talked about how the Hawks took down the T-Wolves yesterday behind a huge game from Jannero Pargo.

  • We also talked about an interesting tweet from USA Today college football writer Dan Wolken. He said yesterday he spoke with Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney and Swinney claims ESPN could move the UGA/Clemson game to Monday, Labor Day night. If this happens Georgia would only have 4 days to prepare for South Carolina the next weekend. Stay tuned to see if ESPN pulls the trigger on the move.
