Friday on Mayhem:
After a slew of meetings, emotion and hand-wringing on all sides of the issue, the Falcons and the city of Atlanta officially have a deal in place to build a new downtown stadium to be ready for kickoff in 2017. Falcons President and CEO Rich McKay joins us to talk about the deal at 8:32.
Georgia put another nail in Kentucky's coffin with a big win on the hardwood last night in Athens. What went wrong for this year's edition of the Wildcats? Bruce Pearl tells us that and more at 9:02.
Coy Wire was part of a special two-day Career Expo here in town in conjunction with the Falcons and the Ascending Athletes company. The purpose was to connect current and former NFL players with prospective employers in the hopes getting them up and running in the job market. Former Falcons running back T.J. Duckett was also part of the event and he joins us in-studio at 9:18.
