Tuesday on Mayhem:

  • The news spread like wild fire last night with a report linking the Falcosn with Los Angeles-area business interests and a perceived notion that the team could move west if a deal isn't struck for a new stadium here in Atlanta. Mayor Kasim Reed joined us to set the record straight that the Birds are staying put.
  • Mayor Reed also said that the Falcons are not threatening to leave town or using this L.A. group as leverage to get a deal done.
  • Hall-of-Famer Mike Ditka also joined the show and told us that L.A. isn't all its cracked up to be as far as an NFL destination is concerned.
