790 THE ZONE’s Club 790. To join our site's Club 790, users are required to give us the following contact information: first name, last name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. All other information requested is optional.

Contact information from the Club 790 registration forms is used as a database for our company. The listeners' contact information is also used by our company to send promotional material about station clients, artist information and sponsor information to our listeners and to get in touch with the listeners when necessary via e-mail, phone, and/or hard mail.

The following Club 790 policy demonstrates our intent and commitment to protect members' rights online.

A. Profile information will be used to create personalized content, service and advertisement on the Club 790. 790 THE ZONE may also use your profile to generate aggregate reports and market research. The reports are used to give demographic information to our advertisers and prospective advertisers about our listeners. No personal information is given out to any third party. The reports are used to attract advertisers to our E-Mail Newsletters and web site.

B. Profile data stored by the Club 790 has been entered by the respective member.

C. 790 THE ZONE also collects profile data from listeners at events, appearances and from contests.

D. Club 790 communications are intended to only be accessible by 790 THE ZONE designated recipients, which include the 790 THE ZONE personnel involved in the maintenance of the system.

Our policy regarding our members' personal information is as follows; 790 THE ZONE will not disclose, sell or rent any of the registration information you provide without giving you notice and an opportunity to refuse disclosure. While 790 THE ZONE does make every effort to keep you information secure and not given to any third party, please keep in mind that information sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Our e-mail provides users the opportunity to unsubscribe from the receiving promotional/marketing information from us and/or our clients.

Contests. 790 THE ZONE will conduct contests on the web site that require filling out separate web registration forms and providing us with name, e-mail address' and other personal information. Contact information from the contests is used to pick a winner or winners of the contest. The customers' contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary. The information is not given to any third party members.
Your personal information will be included into 790 THE ZONE’s listener database and you may receive correspondence from 790 THE ZONE, electronic or otherwise. You will be provided the same opportunity to unsubscribe as you do on the 790 THE ZONE Club 790. Other companies also may sponsor promotions, contests or sweepstakes running on the 790 THE ZONE web site. These companies may choose to collect personal information from you. If you do not want your information collected by these sponsors, you can decide not to participate in the promotion, contests or sweepstakes. If you do choose to participate, the sponsor could use your information to disseminate additional information to you directly.
