Falcons News

The Atlanta Falcons made their first round of roster cuts on Sunday as they now are down to a 76-man roster heading into their final preseason game.
Head coach Dan Quinn and several players spoke with media after Saturday's road loss to the Miami Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium.
Atlanta’s defense forced two turnovers and two sacks, but it wasn't enough as Falcons lost to the Dolphins 13-9 and fall to 1-2 on the preseason.
The Falcons on Saturday inked their superstar wide receiver to a monster contract, and by doing made sure a franchise cornerstone would be here for the long haul.
The Falcons' first-team units struggled on Saturday against Miami, but there are still positives to take away from Atlanta's penultimate preseason game.
TE Tony Moeaki (ankle) and T Tyler Polumbus (knee) both were injured in tonight's game at Sun Life Stadium and are questionable to return.
